Your Role
As a Teaching Assistant (Primary) at Thomas Deacon Academy Juniors, you will assist the classroom teacher in supporting and including all pupils, helping them access learning and encouraging their interaction and independence. You will supervise activities, establish supportive relationships with pupils, and promote their inclusion and acceptance. Your responsibilities include preparing the classroom, supporting the use of ICT, and assisting with the development and implementation of Individual Learning Plans and Education Health Care Plans.
