*Part-Time Support Workers (Female Only -Occupational Requirement)

Shifts & Pay
- Day hours: £14.59 – £16.85
- Sleep-in hours: £10.06 – £11.57
- Mon / Wed / Fri – 9am to 4pm
- Additional Flexible Weekend Shifts

Head First, acting on behalf of our client, is seeking female Support Workers* to join a small, dedicated team supporting a vibrant woman in her 30s. She lives in her own home with close family support and enjoys drama, theatre, cooking, music, arts and crafts, puzzles, and relaxed downtime.
Due to an acquired brain injury, she requires 1:1 support from people who can help her pursue her interests, achieve her goals, and enjoy an active and fulfilling life.
Support Worker Responsibilities
- Working within a rolling two week rota including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays
- Providing support with daily living activities and meaningful engagement
- Driving the client’s vehicle (manual driving licence required)
- Flexibility to cover additional hours for sickness and annual leave
- Holding (or being willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS – funded by the employer

Who we’re looking for
- Someone committed, reliable, and passionate about supporting others
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate fully in training
- Experience in support work is welcome, but not essential
- Flexibility to work both day and night shifts when required
