About the Role
As an Enabling Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping adults live confidently and independently. You’ll provide encouragement, practical support and meaningful interaction — always guided by both the individual and their person centred support plan.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering person centred support and companionship
- Following tailored support plans
- Keeping accurate records in line with service requirements
- Providing personal care and medication support when needed
- Covering sleep in shifts (paid £60 per sleep in)
