Location: Cirencester, GL7 6JS

Salary: £38,784 – £46,349 per annum

Vacancy Type: 12-month contract, 35 hours per week

Join the Royal Agricultural University’s senior finance team in a key role that helps shape the future of our institution. We are looking for a confident and collaborative Qualified Accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) to provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the University.

What you will be doing:

Leading research accounting to ensure grants and projects are accurately recorded and compliant
Supporting core accounting operations, including monthly accounts and financial controls
Providing high-quality FP&A and business partnering across the University
Contributing to annual audit and statutory reporting
Acting as finance lead on strategic projects, offering clear insight and expert analysis

A proactive, highly skilled accountant with strong technical knowledge, great communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams. You will bring analytical strength, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering excellent financial services.
