We are looking for a Case Management Assistant (CMA) to join our friendly and dedicated team based in Tenterden.
About the Role
No two days are the same in this role. As a Case Management Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and coordination support to our Case Managers, clients, support workers, and wider team.
From organising meetings and preparing professional documents to coordinating holidays, assisting with property adaptations, and responding to urgent care staffing requests, you'll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of support.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated individual who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator, both by telephone and email
- Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative team player with a positive approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Keen to learn new systems and processes
Previous administrative experience is desirable, but just as important is a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.
